Autoimmune Haemolytic Anemia Treatment
A rare red blood cell condition and immunological disorder, autoimmune hemolytic anemia. The red blood cells are destroyed when the body creates antibodies that do so. When the body kills red blood cells earlier than it should, hemolytic anemia sets up, leaving the body with insufficient amounts of them. The body's red blood cells carry oxygen. Immune hemolytic anemia, also known as autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA), develops when the immune system is malfunctioning. It assaults red blood cells because it believes they are foreign objects and speeds up their demise. A person is left without enough red blood cells as a result. Some types of AIHA cannot be prevented, although patients with viral infections or those on specific medications can be closely watched by doctors to make sure that AIHA does not develop. Heart and lung disease, for example, can become worse as a result of severe anemia. If a person notices any symptoms that could be an indication of AIHA, they should see a doctor.
